Teal scoop neck top
Another iteration of the dropped shoulder, scooped neck top.
Here I used a mystery knit fabric which was very hard to sew, and would not co-operate with the overlocker (serger) or the coverhem (though I did just manage the sleeve hems on the coverhem).
So it is not overlocked inside and the main hem is sewn with a straight stitch and then pressed.
It pressed quite well so maybe its a dense cotton knit. It is pretty much identical on both sides and very resistant to needles.
The Teal Winter collection so far! I'm wondering if I can make it a Teal Ten Piece collection, just add a skirt, a couple of pairs of trousers, a coat and another layering piece.....
